Are 1 in 5 Ohio Registered Voters “Bogus?”
From Free Republic:
Vote fraud is no big deal, right? It hardly ever happens. It’s so rare that it’s not even worth discussing. Anyone who claims to take the integrity of our ballots seriously is cynically exploiting phantom fears for the purpose of suppressing the Democrat-loving minority vote.
To keep that silly narrative alive, it’s important not to read the Sunday edition of the Columbus Dispatch, in which readers were informed that “more than one out of every five registered Ohio voters is probably ineligible to vote.”
Furthermore, “in two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting age population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible.”
31 more counties report over 90 percent voter registration, which is a good 20 percent higher than the national average. The Buckeye State sure is civic-minded! Well, except that 1.6 million of the 7.8 million registered voters in the state haven’t voted in at least four years. So I guess they were civic minded, once upon a time. Never fear – I’m sure plenty of those “inactive” voters will reactivate themselves just in time for Barack Obama’s re-election.

![The sheer breadth, ferocity and brazenness of an attack mounted by just 10 men made the 2008 Mumbai Massacre unique. The attack began 26 November, Wednesday, 2115 local, at the Chatrapati Shivaji Train Station (above), one of the world’s busiest, where two LASHKAR-E-TOIBA (LET) gunmen killed 58 and wounded 104 in minutes. For the next 2 hours, 10 terrorists launched a major assault every 15 minutes against 10 total targets. The Mumbai Massacre lasted four days and claimed nearly 200 lives. Concern about a Mumbai-style attack in the U.S. homeland has been a continuing concern for years. An example from a report I wrote 3 May 2010: “Our continuing concern is a Mumbai-style frontal assault stateside … that … would be pulled off by fidayeen” (militants who fight until dead). “Suicide attackers (Istishhad) [might] … be employed in a raid led and dominated by Fidayeen, as suicide bombers can be helpful in breaching fortified entrances, etc.” (Istishhad serve as artillery for Jihadi attackers.) Another example from a report dated 18 December 2010: In one of the most infamous Mumbai-style attack plots, Al Qaeda master tactician Ilyas Kashmiri planned to assault the Copenhagen offices of Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten or “JP,” the Danish paper marked for extermination for publishing cartoons of the prophet in 2005. (Still prime for attack, the “JP” is a desirable Jihadi target, because its 5 or 6 floors and street-corner location offer press coverage opportunities militants desire (photo). Fidayeen planned to storm the “JP” and parade hostages to either the upper deck or a blown-out side window on the top floor. Once the news media gathered on the street just 6 floors below, the terrorists would behead a “JP” staffer or guest, one by one, and drop each severed head to the street below. The terrorists calculated that they would need to drop 25 heads to build enough frenzy to trigger a kinetic raid by Danish Special Forces in which the brave Fidayeen would be “martyred.” (Mumbai police evidentiary photo.)](http://i0.wp.com/www.thebrennerbrief.com/wp-content/uploads/AP-AQAP-PIC-5.png?resize=50%2C50)

The events of the primaries has shown that, despite who voters choose, that corrupt voting process will become stronger and more formalized each year. The popular vote, done legally is the only way to do it. One vote. One day, (except military). Stick index finger in the purple dye.
Do you understand the purpose of the electoral college? From your other post you seem to be for states rights and conservatism, yet you’re for getting rid of the electoral college? Those don’t jive.
