MSNBC Hosts Advising Obama

If MSNBC even attempts to claim non-partisan status ever again, remind everyone of this:

So now, Sharpton and Maddow are advising Obama — literally, not just on television.

WH spox says Obama mtg with Maddow, other progressives to discuss importance of extending the Bush middle-class tax cut.

In other words, Obama’s note to lame stream media said: please profess the views of the White House on this fiscal cliff issue so we can continue our lies to the population and the unofficial relationship we have of your being my spokespeople.

So… in the last hour, I watched Rachel Maddow, Al Sharpton and Lawrence O’Donnell all walk into the West Wing. MSNBC love fest?

Even the self proclaimed socialist attended.

Also, Al Sharpton is so unbelievably tiny now. I actually gasped when I saw him pass by just now. Hope he’s ok.

Never met Maddow until now. We kind of look alike, esp today. My intro: “Are you my long lost sister?” Her: “Glad we both got the memo.”

So glad these two are so chummy with other members of the press and Obama. Definitely makes you feel like the press is “independent.”

Interesting that the major White House twitter accounts failed to mention this meeting yesterday.

Of course, Obama thinks he is better off having this meeting kept a secret from the American people.
