Confirmed: Conservatives crushed liberals on Twitter in 2012

Then why didn’t we win and do better? Probably because conservatives aren’t engaging one on one enough with moderates and liberals, usually for fear of being blocked and sent to “Twitter Gulag.” The one-on-one communications from the Obama campaign have been found to be the winning ticket for his campaign overall. Conservatives may have done well on Twitter, but perhaps not with one-to-one interaction.

Personally, there are some conservatives on Twitter who would probably convince me to vote for someone else because of their attitude and mannerism.
